Installation: does not require connection to running water, initial brine is pumped into the device or supplied by means of hydrostatic pressure of spout. Power supply from power circuit or through the automobile power source.
Supply set: The device with the set of hydraulic lines and power source. For extension of application areas the device may be equipped by hydraulic systems of necessary configuration and optimal power source. Specialists of producer-company will assist you in fitting. At the customer’s option for the purpose of connecting the device to the automobile accumulator of 12 volt the supply set includes electric connection wire with clamps.
Description: the device contains electrochemical reactor consisting of one MB-11 element assembled in compact molded housing. Hydraulic quick disconnect coupling bushing for connection of outside hydraulic lines as well as plughole for remote power source connection are placed on the housing. Power supply and set of hydraulic lines in the form of flexible PVC and silicone hoses, included in the supply set, allow to produced the requested solutions – anolyte A, AN, ANK, catholyte K with sodium chloride concentration in the initial solution from 1,5-2,0 g\l.
Operation: The initial solution for this device is prepared in plastic or glass tank of any capacity (not supplied) by way of chemically pure sodium chloride dilution or usual white salt in distilled, purified for hemodialysis of usual drinking water. Selection of components for initial solution is determined according to area of application of the electrochemically activated solution; for example for production of anolyte ANK in accordance with Pharmacopeia certificate of the company producer distilled water and clean sodium chloride should be applied.
The initial solution is supplied to the device by way of differential pressure between the device and initial solution tank that has to be installed not less than 1 meter higher than the device. If needed initial solution supply can be carried out by means of micro pump that is supplied separately.
For application in field conditions, beekeeping in particular, electric connection wire with clamps is included in the supply set instead of remote power supply for connection to the automobile’s accumulator with voltage of 12 volt.
