STEL-10H-120-01 (model 80-03)
Production of anolyte, l/h: 80 Power, Wt: 800 Dimensions, sm: 30x45x16 Weight, kg: 4,5 Installation: connected up to running water and power Supply set: the device is supplied in a cardboard box. Operating instruction (passport), method guidelines on anolyte ANK application, tap nozzle, cleaning arrangement are attached. At customer’s option system of automatic anolyte level control in the collecting tank is supplied. Anolyte level control system contains electromagnetic valve installed at tap water inlet. Anolyte level sensor can be supplied as well at customer’s option. Description: The device generates anolyte ANK with concentration of active chlorine from 300 to 650 mg\l and mineralization of 3-5 g\l. The device is manufactured in a molded housing, designed for wall mounting or desktop placing. The device’s main part is the electrochemical reactor consisting of eight flow through modular elements MB-11. The device contains two fitted SMPS (switched mode power supply) with automatic current stabilization. Inspection tools (voltmeter and amperemeter, toggle switch on\off, power source LED) are placed on the front surface of the housing under transparent protective cover. Catholyte yield and brine supply regulation levers are placed on the right side of the housing as well as quick disconnect hydraulic coupling bush for outer hydraulic lines connection (water supply, brine supply, catholyte yield, anolyte yield). Power cable is placed on the left side of the housing. Operation: The device is installed in any airing premises close to water tap and plug. Flexible hoses (included in the supply set) are connected up to the device. Water supply hose is connected to the tap by means of special nozzle. Inlet brine hose with filter is put into brine tank (50-100 g\l). The device is then connected to power circuit. Tap water is then turned on smoothly setting the water flow (anolyte yield) speed to be about 80 l\h. The device switches on automatically when water supplied. Brine usage necessary for obtaining specified solution is set by regulator according to voltmeter and amperemeter readings. pH of the anolyte produced can be regulated by catholyte yield regulator. Outlet hoses are put into small capacity package or to a special collecting tank having faucet for further bottling of product. Automatic anolyte level control system in the collecting tank may be supplied separately for serviceability. The system contains electromagnetic valve installed at the inlet tap water line and anolyte level sensor. |
