STEL-10H-120-01 (model 120-A)
Production of anolyte, l/h: 120 Power, Wt: 900 Dimensions, sm: 70x30x16 Weight, kg: 4,5 Installation: connected up to running water and power Supply set: the device is supplied in a cardboard box. Operating instruction (passport), method guidelines on anolyte ANK application, electromagnetic valve and reducer ready fitted, anolyte level sensor, set of connecting hoses, cleaning arrangement are attached. Description: Automatized device producing of 120 l of anolyte ANK per hour. The anolyte ANK produced has concentration of active chlorine from 300 to 650 mg\l and mineralization of 3-5 g\l. The device is manufactured in a molded housing, designed for wall mounting. The device contains: electrochemical reactor consisting of 12 flow through modular elements MB-11, SMPS (switched mode power supply) with automatic current stabilization consisting of 3 units, automatic switch on system. Inspection tools (voltmeter and amperemeter, power source LED, catholyte yield and brine supply regulation levers) are placed on the front surface of the housing under transparent protective cover. Quick disconnect hydraulic coupling bush for outer hydraulic lines connection (water supply, brine supply, catholyte yield, anolyte yield) are situated at the bottom panel. Power cable is placed at the left side of the housing as well as connection cutoff point of anolyte level sensor in the collecting tank and connection cutoff point of water supply electromagnetic valve. On-off switch and ventilation grates of power source air-cooling are placed at the right side panel. Operation: The device is installed in any airing premises close to water tap and plug. The device should be wall mounted. Flexible hoses (included in the supply set) are connected up to the device. Special bend goes from tap water line which is connected to the supplied electromagnetic valve and reducer. Water inlet hose is connected up to reducer connecting pipe. Cable cutoff point of electromagnetic valve is connected to the corresponding cutoff point of the device. Level sensor and anolyte yield hose are placed in the anolyte collecting tank. Cable cutoff point of the sensor is connected to the device. Inlet brine hose with filter is put into brine tank (50-100 g\l). The device is then connected to power circuit. The water flow (anolyte yield) speed (120 l\h) is set by the reducer. The device switches on automatically in the absence of anolyte in the collecting tank or when the amount of anolyte in the collecting tank reduces to a minimum. The device switches off in case the collecting tank is full or with for any reason water supply of the device cuts off. Brine usage necessary for obtaining specified solution is set by regulator according to voltmeter and amperemeter readings. pH of the anolyte produced can be regulated by catholyte yield regulator. Catholyte outlet hose is placed into special collecting tank or to drain. |
