Recommendations on STEL devices Purchasing

“We recommend that the STEL devices are purchased for washing and disinfecting solutions electrochemical synthesis of the table salt solution with the purposes of tare, instruments, equipment and production areas sanitary treatment.
STEL devices are the unique domestic invention which has no analogues in world practice. There are Russian certificates and all the permissive documents of the State Sanitary-and-Epidemiological Supervision bodies available for these apparatuses and solutions. These devices are applied in Russia, USA and Japan and deserve very high appreciation. Electrochemically activated solutions (ECA-solutions) obtained in STEL devices are characterised by absolute physiological harmlessness, they do not provoke any allergic reactions, they do not irritate skin and upper air passages. ECA-solutions are ecologically clean in application, as far as the active substances turn into water after sanitary cleansing.
On the 9-th of June, 1998, there were the preliminary tests of washing and disinfecting solutions manufactured in STEL devices conducted at «VoronezhRyba», JSC by the representatives of «Faro» enterprise in co-operation with Tseplyayev Yu. K., the chief engineer, and N. I. Osyadovskaya, the chemical engineer of the laboratory.

Reduction of the washing substances quantity or their complete exclusion, power inputs reduction / termination of direct steam and hot water supplying from boiler-room to tare washing department, refusal of expensive chlorine-containing preparations application with the purpose of disinfection are the indications of economic expediency of STEL-plants purchasing for production. According to calculations made by the Regional Centre of State Sanitary-and-Epidemiological Supervision, the STEL-plants pay-back period makes 4 – 6 months.”
