V. M. Tkachyova, the head of the Communal Hygiene Department of the city State Sanitary-and-Epidemiological Supervision Centre of the city of Saint-Petersburg:

“…Based on the data represented in the report, there could be a conclusion made that anolyte is a highly efficient disinfecting agent which is able to exert influence practically upon all the types of bacterial flora and upon viral species, as well. STEL devices manufacture the sufficient quantity of anolyte which could satisfy the demands of swimming pools of any capacity.

We consider it expedient to introduce the above indicated technology for application in swimming pools of the city of Saint-Petersburg, provided that all the necessary technological and sanitary-and-hygienic requirements are observed during STEL devices installation and operation.”
