S. Danko, the chief sanitary inspector of the Federal Security Service of Russia:
“Sanitary-and-epidemiological Supervision Centre of the Federal Security Service of Russia informs that there have been permits for the devices of STEL-type introduction for application in the work practice of medical institutions, sanatoriums and rest homes obtained from the State Sanitary-and-epidemiological Supervision Committee and from the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Russia as the result of the trials conducted, as far as this equipment is considered to be the most efficient for all the types of disinfecting, sterilising and washing solutions manufacturing.
In view of the above stated facts, I suggest that the question of its purchasing should be settled.”
