S. T. Gladkiy, the chief medical officer of the Gelendzhik-city Sanitary-and-epidemiological Supervision Centre:
“Basing on conducted analysis of documents package, as well as of operation experience obtained in the city of Sochi (sanatorium “named after Dzerzhinskiy”, “Electronica” sanatorium and others) with respect to the devices of STEL-type which are destined for disinfecting, sterilising, washing and therapeutic solutions synthesis of common tap water, the City Centre of State Sanitary-and-epidemiological Supervision recommends the devices of STEL-40-01, STEL-80-01, STEL-200-01, STEL-400-01 and STEL-1000-01 types for active introduction for application in medical institutions of the city of Gelendzhik (sanatoriums, preventoriums, hospitals, polyclinics, maternity hospitals and so on).”
