Comment on Application of Water and Water Solutions Electrochemical Activation Technologies

M. M. Tsikanov, deputy minister of economics of the Russian Federation:

“Ministry of Economics of the Russian Federation, together with Academy of Medical-and-technical sciences and with other interested authorities, has studied the question of electrochemical water activation technology (ECA) application and considers it possible to note that the mentioned scientific-and-technical branch is, in the first place, directed toward population protection and health care organising. We consider it possible to:

Recommend the ministries, authorities and administrations of the regions to apply the abovementioned technologies for the purposes of development of branch and regional programs aimed at solving the questions of ecological safety, community health protection; washing, disinfecting and sterilising agents manufacturing; foodstuff long-term storage and processing, biotechnology and others.
Commission the Ministry of Health of Russia with making of necessary examination of water obtained with the help of electrochemical activation method, with the object of its application for the purposes of treatment, as far as the latter measure, according to opinions of several leading patient care institution, is able to provide significant social and economic effect; the abovementioned examination should be finished by the end of the year 1998.”
