“… It has been established that there are the following facilities required for complete rapid conservation of undissected cadavers:

Preservative solution consisting of 0,5 %-formalin diluted with anolyte manufactured in a device of “STEL”-type and characterised by рН = 7 – 8 (neutral), oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) equal to +700 and oxidizing agent concentration making approximately 2 millimole/litre. The total volume of preservative solution manufactured makes – 10 - 13 litres per one body.

Bit-slice (sectioning) knife, Janet's syringe or irrigation Esmarkh’s mug, medical syringe with the volume of 10 millilitres, including injection needles set, cannulas and rubber tubes set, ligature needles, dissecting forceps, sectioning knife, cotton-wool.
…The above indicated method application permits to slow down the putretaction processes by the terms equal to 3 to 5 days (depending on the body weight, on the level of its fillness with blood and on the ambient temperature). Taking into consideration the low oxidizing agents concentration in neutral anolyte which is able to ensure stable antiseptic effect, as well as ecological cleanness of the solution and simplicity, accessibility and economic profitability of its manufacturing in the required quantities, it should be considered as the means of selection when it is applied as one of the components of preservative solutions destined for rapid conservation of unidentified dead people bodied during their transportation to medico-legal institutions.”
