“…Notice is hereby given that virucidal activity of electrically activated disinfecting agents (that is, of anolytes manufactured in the devices of STEL - type) which is confirmed by registration in the Russian Federation is the evidence of their disinfecting activity with respect to all the known pathogen-viruses of human beings, including viruses of enteral and parenteral hepatitis, human immunodeficiency virus, poliomyelitis virus, adenoviruses, viruses of “atypical pneumonia” (SARS), of human influenza and of H5N1 “bird’s influenza”, herpes virus and others.”
