In case treatment methods used for curing of out-patients having wounds and wound infections include application of aqueous solutions activated using electrochemical method, as well as of medicinal agents (tinctures and ointments) prepared on their basis, with the above mentioned substances being applied either independently or together with surgical methods, then such methods of treatment are able to simultaneously ensure high bactericidal and high reparative effect. As a result of the aforementioned achievements the treatment terms have been reduced from 15,6 ± 4,2 to 10,1 ± 1,8 days, in the aggregate. For some types of diseases this figure has been improved by more than two times. Besides high medical effect, there has been significantly high social-and-economic and cosmetic effect obtained. There have been antibiotics, chemical anti-infective agents and physical therapy excluded from the package of procedures applied for purulent diseases treatment… Procedural recommendations include information on the structure of out-patient purulent surgical diseases and especially detailed information – on the structure of injuries suppurative complications, as far as lack of such knowledge makes it impossible to organise treatment and disease-preventive work at the socially acceptable level. There have been criterion indices by all of nosologic units developed for treatment terms, with the latter measure being necessary for treatment methods and treatment quality expert examination improvement in the area of compulsory medical insurance. For the first time the attempt that was made in respect of medicinal agents preparation on the basis of aqueous solutions activated using electrochemical method turned to be successful. There is a hope that this information being destined for application will be received by Russian specialists directly by management vertical, that is, in top-down direction, with these specialists including surgeons and traumatic surgeon, as well as insurance companies experts and officers working in the sphere of science.” |
